The theme for the 2025 WE LEARN Conference and Gathering--Success and Women:  Looking to the Future–keeps our attention on the ongoing need for cultivating, growing, and nourishing success and confidence in ourselves and others in our communities in a variety of ways—through language, thought, and action.

We are also celebrating 20 years of Women’s Perspectives!
 
Everyone has a story and every voice is important. The WE LEARN Conference and Gathering builds a community of co-learners. We respect each other as knowledgeable. We all have experiences to learn from and stories to share. Through conversations and activities, we continue to surprise each other about the ways we have creatively come to make meaning in our lives and support one another.
